The full service runs from the day they take possession: inspections, photo log, and concierge, all in their own app. They keep it free for thirty days whether or not they continue.
Nothing for you to pay, nothing to administer. The card sits in your closing package, or the offer goes in your handover email. We pick it up from there.

The same closing-gift offer sits cleanly in a notary’s or lawyer’s closing package. We can supply printed cards, or we’ll send your client a personalised welcome email at your direction. No commitment, no commission.
Strata managers see CedarKeep as a quiet ally. An owner whose property is being looked after is an owner who calls the strata less often. We respect strata rules and work alongside on-site management, never in conflict — we don’t make decisions that are properly the strata’s call.
