The service in full.
What CedarKeep does week by week, what it costs, what’s out of scope — and the app you see and run it all from.
The inspection record
On a schedule that suits you — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — we walk your home and log every checkpoint with timestamped photos you can open from anywhere. Each visit comes with a plain-language summary of how the place is doing, so you can take in the gist in a minute or look through every photo yourself.

A concierge that knows your home
Ask anything about your home, your inspection reports, or your work orders — and get a useful answer in seconds, day or night. When you ask for something done, it lands with us, and we work it in person.

Coordinated work
When something needs fixing, we triage it, get quotes from trades we vet ourselves, and show you the cost — you approve the one you want with a single tap. Then we dispatch, oversee the job, and photograph the result, every step logged in your work-order history.

Stays — arrival and departure
Two days before you arrive, your home is made ready to your standing preferences — heating, hot tub, firewood, the right lights. After you leave, a closing visit reverses it within a day and logs how the place was left.
Included with Estate — every stay, no per-stay charge.

Your records, kept
Every visit report, every job we’ve coordinated, and your own paperwork — manuals, warranties, the strata bylaws — live in one place, newest first, filtered to whatever you’re after. The documents are uploaded by you, downloadable from any device, and never read by the AI. At each season’s close, a recap of the visits, work, and photographs arrives there too, to download and keep.
And from any completed inspection you can pull a one-page certificate — the property, the date, who attended, the checklist result — to hand your broker. It is a plain, dated record, not a claim of insurance compliance, and we do not give insurance advice. The receipts for any coordinated work download the same way, so the paper trail for every dollar spent is yours to keep.

Not sure which tier fits? We’ll help you pick during the discovery call.
No surprise fees.
Five things we commit to up front, so nothing arrives unexpected.
Prices are public.
The tier you see on this page is the tier you pay. No hidden levels, no quote-on-application.
Coordination margin is disclosed.
When we coordinate trade work, you see the trade’s cost and our 15% margin on the same line of the same invoice — before you approve the work.
No call-out fees beyond what’s posted.
Ad-hoc visits are $90 to $150 CAD depending on the time required. That’s the number on the page; there isn’t a different one when the invoice arrives.
Every cost lives in the app.
Subscription, ad-hoc visits, coordinated work — visible, dated, downloadable. The record is yours.
Grocery drop-off is priced up front.
Grocery drop-off (Estate) is $50 per visit plus the cost of groceries and our disclosed 15% coordination margin. An optional add-on — you approve it per stay.
What CedarKeep doesn’t do.
A few things are explicitly out of scope. Better to know up front.
Direct trade work.
We coordinate licensed trades; we don’t perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or roofing work ourselves.
Short-term rental management.
CedarKeep is for owners who use their property themselves. If you’re listing on Airbnb or VRBO, a rental-focused property manager is the right fit.
Tax, legal, insurance, or financial advice.
We capture the records insurers and accountants need. The advice has to come from someone qualified to give it.
24-hour security or alarm response.
We’re not a security service. If your alarm goes off at two in the morning, that’s a call for your alarm provider, not us.
Property listings or real-estate brokerage.
Not in scope. We work happily alongside the agent who sold you the home.
Getting set up.
Discovery call.
A 30-minute phone or video call. We talk about your property, how you use it, and what would actually help. You ask whatever you need to ask.
Property walk-through.
In person, on site, about 90 minutes. We photograph the property, locate the key systems, and note anything specific to how you want it cared for.
Service agreement and keys.
We send a service agreement built for second homes. Once signed, keys are handed over and logged in our access protocol.
First inspection scheduled.
Your first visit goes on the calendar within the week. You watch it land in the app the moment it’s done.
